With over 15 years of photography and editorial experience and a multitude of technological talents Lance Dalgarts resume is impressive. With staff positions at Thrasher, Santa Cruz Skateboards, Skateboarder Magazine and Transworld Skateboarding. It was at Transworld Skateboarding that Lance built one of the first, and most successful, websites devoted to the sport, Skateboarding.com.

Most recently, Lance honed his skills as multimedia director at Skatebook, an artistic skateboard retrospective book series. At Skatebook, he took on the role of a media Renaissance man, shooting photos, laying out chapters, editing videos, designing the website, and blogging about skate related events.

When Lance is not exploring the latest skatepark, you’ll usually find Lance either glued to his computer, running his agency Black Sand Creative or hanging out with his long-haired dachshund Zelda.
